Nice guys but not quite got the customer care concept - plan - idea - whatever.

5 mins can prevent loss of business - probably not us but others looking at the forum wondering if the software and the company behind it are any good or techies that burrow away and then do not do the other bits that are needed to make a business good.

I would love it if Linnworks would show a shipping quote for USPS as well as Fedex and UPS. I ship via USPS or fedex depending on price vs. weight and destination.
Linnworks does not show me the shipping cost during order processing, so I have to launch Dazzle separately to check the prices. If Linnworks would only allow us to see the price quote ahead of time, we could quickly choose the cheapest method, not just between Fedex and UPS, but between Fedex, UPS, AND USPS.

Well it has turned up on my machine as a major update and installed and then 2 hot fixes straight away afterwards

The update has been released on 28th of July, the next one is due on 15 of August.

There will be a number of hotfixes for the issues which has not been captured by the current update.

Also we will publish the documentation for the new features shortly.

No idea what you count as a hotfix but could you let me know if it will include the okay button reappearing on the stock take screen - which is currently unusable because it aint got one?

PS thanks for your efforts as always - I do not think there is a lot in this one for me - no doubt for others there is gold dust in it - but the new screens are leagues above the old ones.
