Tax calculation
- Automatic tax recalculation enables the system to recalculate tax for each order item based on default tax rate, tax rate set by a country or individual stock item

- for multiuser licenses you can now set permissions for each user seperatly - turning off some screens and some functionality

Quick invoice functionality

- quick invoice is fixed layout with only object positioning available as an option
- can print up to 200 invoices a minute
- you can have multiple invoice templates and specify which conditions for when the invoice should be printed (such as the source of the order or a country)
- composite items are clearly visible (see screenshot)
- easy to configure order items table

- during synchronization you can launch an external program. This is useful if you need to send a command to some other program to import/export data

Thanks for the update - lets me start thinking ahead about my own and staff time allocation and how the way that we use the system might be improved

Hi, I'm a possible new subscriber, just wanted to find out if the new VAT system will be configurable for VAT registered trade customers as well as retail customers. I'm using a customised Joomla/Virtuemart system where we use the EU VAT ID checker which automatically validates a customers VAT ID at registration with the Europa site, the customisation I currently have in place is that my company sells mobile phone products to the trade and there is a VAT chargeback available for goods defined as mobile phone products if the total order exceeds £5000 before tax is applied. In that case no tax will be applied to the invoice, but if it is £4,999.99 then the standard VAT rate is applicable and they will need to claim it back in their normal tax returns. Would this be something built in or configurable myself using custom/advanced settings or would I need to employ the Ad Hoc design services to add that functionality?
