Hi,

We are still having problems with the eBay inventory module?

Even though it is an annoyance that eBay re-listings will only be re-listed at their original listing qty not the actual qty we have in stock (please could you add an option to override this!) we understand that on next sync the stock is adjusted to your our actual qty as long as that is lower than the original qty but this is not happening and we have oversold 3 items in the the last 24hrs which reflects badly on us as a business. Please could you fix this ASAP.

One Example - Borat Fancy Dress Wig, Tash, Shades & US Flag Kit - In Stock 2 - Original EBay Qty 3

When the item ended Linnworks re-listed x 3 but 6hrs later the qty was still not re-adjusted to x 2 by Linnworks and during this time we sold x 3 overselling by x 1.

Why does this overselling problem never seem to be important to Linn Systems? It is really bad for our reputation and business!

Please, please, please could there be an urgent option added to Linnworks to re-list ACTUAL qty not ORIGINAL qty for eBay listings?

Thanks for the quick update! I start to use the eBay Inventory Watch. They are all good except these:

In the relist section, there are items showing "waiting" status. How to relist them? It prompted and asked me permission to relist but I clicked wait then all of them now having the "waiting" status.

The 2nd problem is that one item is now in the relisted section with the "waiting" status but this item is out-of-stock. In Linnworks, the stock quantity combines two locations is 0. I think I've set multi-location stuff correctly. I just wonder why the out-of-stock item still be put in the relist section with the waiting status.

The multi-location setting for this product is this:
Location | SKU | QTY | MinLevel
A | SKU001 | 0 | 2
B | SKU001 | 0 | 0
