New support system

New point based helpdesk support system has been launched

Please note the old support system will remain active to close off all the outstanding tickets, but the new tickets will not be registering.

The new system requires authentication. We have created accounts for all existing users, using the email address entered when the system has been downloaded/purchased/subscribed for. To get your password use Forgot your login details form to get the password sent to you.

Each registered account has been created with 250 free support points.

I've bought Linnworks on March 20th. I see I've got 0 point after I loggin the support system. That means I'll get no technical support except asking questions in the forum? I'll be very unhappy about it.

Hi - I had this problem to start - the reason is that the points are against the email address that you registered with.

John, I've just sent and got the answer. You are right. The email account I provide was wrong. Now I've got the points. Thanks.
