My Linnworks has been showing "Update available" all day but there has been no post detailing a new version - is this lack of information normal?

Could we at least be told if this update fixes the bugs introduced in 3.1.3.5?

I'm very wary of updating anything now after the problems with 3.1.3.5 .......

is there the function to either send the Purchase Order as a PDF document by email instead of Printing the Purchase Order, or to choose individual printing options on the Report Collection section so that i can send Purchase orders to print as pdf then save that document and send it manually as an email attachment

You can use "CutePDF Writer" to "print" to a PDF file using any program so it should work with Linnworks also.

We do currently use a program called Primo PDF, its the functionality of Linn that could do with being tweaked to either allow us to choose specific printing options for each report in the report collection section, or at the point of creating the PO there could be the option to either email or print, the email address for the supplier is already added to the Supplier info so its just a case of defining the correct email address for receipt of the PO.
This would really save me a huge amount of time and make raising PO's a doddle, and it would stand Linn out from the rest of the crowd as Channeladvisor dont have that functionality at present

I have 2 suppliers which do this automatically. I much prefer it as the invoices are then saved directly.
If it could be a timed function also, so either it gets emailed on despatch as an attatchment to a custom message, or 24 hours later.

We have got new bunch of libraries for creating PDF in Linnworks automatically and include it as an attachment to the email.

We will include this functionality in the future version. Purchase Order screen is up for redesign very soon anyway, I will plan for producing PDF and ability to email it to the supplier directly.

my vote goes for PDF functionality. Will be really useful as I also waste quite a bit of time saving PO in PDF and then attaching it in the email.
