Not calculating subtotal for Magento orders correctly.

Hi

Linnworks is miscalculating the subtotal on our Magento orders.

Ie, I have an invoice for one item at £30. The subtotal reads £24.75. The VAT is calculated correctly, and the order total is correct.

Our ebay orders are all OK.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem, It seems to be related to the VAT somehow, I did a couple of test orders, one including VAT and one excluding VAT, the one with vat had the product total at 22.12 and subtotal at 17.69, the one without VAT had the product total at 22.12 and the subtotal at 16.14

can you post examples of the calculations for the problematic orders (possibly screenshots of the quick invoice).

Just noticed it is the same for us with X-Cart, and Ebay sales are the same.

Preview of the quick invoice is correct, but not the normal invoice.

Only the subtotal is incorrect, the rest seems fine.

I have checked sent emails, and they are correct as well.

I did raise this with support, it is the "output formula text" in the sub total field.

I have no idea, but deleted the tax calc that was there, just left "SubTotal_NOPOSTAGE_NOTAX"

Seems to have put it straight.
