sharpResponse is a software application that is designed with a specific idea in mind – automatic sending of secure PDF files and attachments in response to PayPal payment and emails. Hence the software utilizes highly customized email client and PayPal Instant Payment Notification web services. The software also features its own PDF tampering and securing mechanisms, that create PDF files which are compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

sharpResponse can receive PayPal Instant Payment Notificatins much more reliably that emails. The sorting of the IPNs (Instant Payment Notifications) is not longer an issuem, since the most essential information is embeded into the message itself.

Automatic PDF mailing
sharpResponse can be configured to send emails with PDF attachments automatically in response to Instant Payment Notifications or emails. The parsing of emails is made easy with the multiple filters.

Individual PDF password protection
Attached PDF can be encrypted individually and secured with individual transaction password. For example if John Becker made a payment, the sharpResponse automatically encrypts PDF and protects it with pasword "John Becker".

Restricting PDF permission
You can configure each individual PDF so that to remove functionality like printing and copying, disallowing the receipent of PDF to print or copy the PDF file.

Individual emails
You can configure sharpResponse to respond with individual emails, automatically describe content of the email and address the receipent by their name as well as stating the transaction details.

Built in email client
sharpResponse features built in emailing client, that allows you to send, receive and store emails.

Logging
Each transaction (IPN or Email) is logged and can be analyzed further if necessary.

Mailing DEAMON
Mailing DEAMON automatically monitors the state of the emails sent out. In case of undelivered email the software automatically resends it whenever possible.
